In my last 13 years in the fitness industry how many times have I heard people say that I don’t have time to train.

I am in Sydney at the Australian Telstra Business Awards Finals and have a spare hour waiting for the awards dinner to see if we win Australia’s best business..

Already in two days in Sydney and meeting some of Australia’s best business people, I have heard six times that I do not have time to train..

I mean you have time for Ellen or Oprah, you have time for talking on the phone, or going to morning tea or lunch.

You also know that you will not get everything done today because you don’t have the time and actually waste time. So how would you have time to exercise?

Better yet, why would you even consider taking the time to do so?

What you should be saying is, I don’t have time NOT to look after my body.

We only have one body in this lifetime and we really need to look after it better.

Well here at Succeed, the Australian Personal Training Business of the Year, we have the answer with our new ‘30 minutes to a new you program’.

All we ask is 30 minutes a day four or five days a week. You can join one of our 30 minute Personal Training programs or Boot Camps ( if you have an hour up your sleeve). We run programs right across Canberra.

We understand the average person is working longer and harder than ever before, but what price can you put on your body and your health??

What price can you put on your body knowing that we live longer than ever before and we need our bodies to function?

Many CEOs and government officials will block out an average of 30 minutes every morning or early afternoon for their exercise. Why do they take their very precious time to do this?

Because they understand.

They understand the importance of spending this time exercising, knowing it will energize their body, brain and metabolism and get more done in the day.

They must be productive and get things done, or they will be replaced. This is why they
exercise. Now, what about you?

What was your excuse again about not having time to care of the only body you will ever have?

If you would like to do something about it and start to take better care of that body then The Succeed Team are here to help.

Simply leave a reply below and let us know how we can help you get back on the band wagon to a fitter, healthier you.
