hawks-logoWell it is no secret that the Tuggeranong Hawks are tucked safely away under the watchful eye of myself for their Pre Season strength and conditioning.

We are up to week four of the pre season training already and they are starting to take shape nicely for the upcoming season.

Caught a quick 30 seconds to stop and take a bit of video footage of a few of the new recruits hard at work.
