A post on Crossfit Certified Training Canberra, and the way that I train myself…

Hey All,

Many of you have been asking and wanting to know what it is that I am doing each and every time I step onto the gym floor at Club Lime Tuggeranong or the way that I train people when at Boot Camp Canberra.

For those that don’t know, I am a Crossfit Certified trainer, and I am using new methodologies for my training programs.

I have been getting many weird and wonderful looks from people particularly within the walls of the Alive Health Clubs.

So I thought the easiest way was to show you a little clip of what it is that I do. It is actually the new ad for Adidas. Check it out:

Can you believe that guy in video is only 61kg!! Chris just placed 3rd in the Crossfit Olympics and personally I believe he is one of the strongest and fittest men in the world…

Heather is a mother of two who lives and breaths Crossfit (and looks fantastic), she also placed in the top 10 at the Crossfit Games.

P.S. For those looking for something different, I do teach a new style of fitness out of the Alive Health Clubs. For those that are looking for that little bit more with their training, I will be incorporating some CrossFit into my Boot Camp sessions for Succeed, so feel free to join in..
