Bootcamp is a back-to-basics style fitness program designed to increase cardiovascular endurance and capacity, core strength, muscle tone and
flexibility, as well as developing teamwork and is a great way to meet
new people in your area.

Bootcamp is suitable for all ages and fitness levels, and will effectively
challenge you where you are at now.

Prior to commencing, you will receive a health check which examines
your previous and current activity levels, discusses any relevant health
or injury concerns you may have. We also check:

Additional cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance testing is

FAQ's

Q: What if I’m not fit enough?

A: During sessions, you work at your own pace. Sessions are designed to cater for a wide variety of fitness and strength levels.

Q: How many people in a program?

A: The amount of participants ranges from 20-30 per session.  We always supply a minimum of 2 fully qualified instructors to supervise and conduct the session.

Q: What do I need to bring?

A: All you need to bring along to each session is a drink bottle and a towel. Remember to wear comfortable footwear and clothing that you don’t mind getting a little dirty!

Q: How will I know if I’ve improved?

A: In addition to the pre and post health checks (which involve measurement of resting heart rate, blood pressure, body weight, body fat %, girth measurements) you will participate in a fitness testing session at the start and end of the program to give you a direct measurement of improvements made during the program.
